A well known fast food outlet in Caledon is looking for a suitably qualified restaurant manager with previous fast food management experience.

Duties:
• Manage sales targets
• Manage controllable expenses
• Manage food cost
• Manage speed of service
• Increase sales & turn-over
• Create daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Cash-up & banking
• Recruit & train staff
• Count, order & receive stock
• Handle customer complaints

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• 3+ years fast food restaurant management experience (e.g. Burger King, KFC, McDonalds, Nandos)
• Micros / GAAP experience essential
• Willing to work shifts
